Hosted an indoor lanai dinner in Maui for Birthday Februarians so I got to hone down one of my hidden talents-cooking from scratch with my heart and soul! Shown here is locally sourced honey Braggs Aminos (in lieu of soy sauce) glazed seared ONO fish atop with pineapple salsa and locally sourced crushed Maui onion macadamia nuts

Did you know that floral arrangements is one of my hidden talents? I love experimental floral designs that isn’t your ordinary, cookie cutter and typical kind of blooms. I also incorporate them in cocktails and desserts! Since I’ve been a member of SF Flower Mart the past 2 years, this venue is one of my favorite ultimate escapades! I’d spend hours and hours where my brain takes off with insanely fresh ideas, my eyes feasting on gorgeous seasonal blooms, and my soul bursting with anew spirits.
